Its design integrates six 6 mm copper heat pipes directly into a nickel-plated copper base plate, ensuring effective heat transfer away from the CPU integrated heat spreader. The cooler utilizes a dual aluminum fin stack coated with a specialized ceramic layer intended to optimize surface conductivity. This architecture allows the unit to manage continuous thermal design power (TDP) loads up to 230 W.

Cooling performance is provided by two 135 mm Silent Wings fans, which utilize Fluid Dynamic Bearings for extended operational lifespan and reduced mechanical friction noise. These fans operate via 4-pin Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) control, allowing rotational speeds up to 1400 RPM while maintaining a maximum measured noise output of 27.1 dB.
