This cooler is engineered specifically for Intel LGA4189 platforms, targeting 3rd generation Xeon Scalable and W-3300 series processors. Its physical dimensions are designed for effective deployment within standardized 4U server and workstation chassis, maintaining a height of 134 mm. Construction utilizes a nickel-plated copper base plate and aluminum fins to facilitate efficient thermal transfer from the CPU. This design addresses the stringent cooling requirements of high-density server environments where standard CPU coolers are incompatible.

Thermal management relies on two 92 mm NF-A9 HS-PWM fans operating in a push-pull configuration. Fan speeds are dynamically regulated via PWM control, offering a range from 400 RPM up to a maximum of 2500 RPM. This configuration enables a peak airflow of 96.3 CFM and a maximum static pressure of 3.26 mmH2O.
