The Fractal Design Focus 2 is a mid-tower case built with a steel frame and a tinted tempered glass side panel. Its internal layout is designed to facilitate direct airflow from the mesh front panel to core components. This configuration is supported by two pre-installed 140 mm ARGB fans, which also provide system illumination.

The chassis provides clearance for tall air coolers and long power supplies. For storage, the interior offers multiple mounting locations for both 2.5-inch and 3.5-inch drives to suit various configurations. Integrated cable management features, including routing channels and tie-down points, are present to help with organized builds and maintain airflow.

In addition to the included fans, the case has mounting positions for further cooling hardware. It supports liquid cooling solutions with space for radiators in the front and top positions. Removable dust filters at the primary air intakes are included to simplify system maintenance.
