The HPE Aruba Networking 10GBASE-T SFP+ RJ-45 30 m Cat6A Transceiver (R9F85A) is an interface module that provides Ethernet connectivity via an SFP+ port. It features an RJ-45 connector, allowing for copper cabling in 10-Gigabit network links at distances up to 30 metres. This module enables the integration of existing copper infrastructure into high-speed network environments.

The module is hot-swappable, allowing for installation or replacement without system reboots or network downtime. It is recognised by compatible hardware immediately upon insertion. Weighing 20 grams, the unit is suitable for high-density switch configurations and is intended for short-reach enterprise and data-centre cabling. It is compatible with hardware equipped with an SFP+ transceiver cage.
