The NZXT T120 is a single-tower air cooling solution designed to maintain operational thermal limits for various mainstream processors. It utilizes four copper heat pipes that implement Direct Contact technology to efficiently transfer thermal energy away from the CPU integrated heat spreader. This heat is subsequently dissipated through an aluminum fin array, engineered for efficient convective cooling. The hardware is compatible with current socket formats, specifically supporting Intel LGA 1700, 115X, 1200, and AMD AM5/AM4 platforms.
Heat dissipation is managed by a single 120 mm fan utilizing a Fluid Dynamic Bearing (FDB) to ensure sustained, quiet operation. The fan operates within a speed range of 500 RPM to 1800 RPM, adjusting dynamically through PWM control according to processor thermal load. At its peak performance, the fan generates a maximum airflow of 78.02 CFM and delivers 2.7 mmH2O of static pressure. The unit has a maximum noise level of 30.6 dB under full load, while its 159 mm overall height requires appropriate case clearance assessment.
