The Cooler Master MasterBox TD500 Mesh V2 is a midi-tower case designed for high-airflow configurations. Its front panel features a polygonal mesh construction engineered to maximize air intake for internal components. This thermal design is supported by three pre-installed 120 mm ARGB fans that provide immediate cooling performance and customizable illumination. A tool-free crystalline tempered glass side panel offers an unobstructed view of the system's interior, secured within a chassis constructed from steel, plastic, and mesh.

The case offers broad component compatibility, accommodating motherboard form factors from Mini-ITX up to E-ATX and SSI CEB. It provides clearance for CPU coolers up to 165 mm in height and power supplies up to 200 mm in length. For storage, the chassis includes dedicated mounts for two 3.5-inch drives and three 2.5-inch drives. Seven expansion slots are available for graphics cards and other PCIe devices, while integrated cable management routing and dust filters contribute to a functional build.
