The EPOS IMPACT 1030T is a monaural on-ear headset designed for professional use in open office environments. Its primary function is to facilitate clear communication through adaptive microphone technology that uses three microphones to identify and reduce ambient noise. The headset offers both Bluetooth and USB connectivity for use with a range of devices. It features a closed-back, on-ear design intended to provide passive noise isolation while keeping one ear open to the immediate surroundings. The system incorporates digital signal processing to help manage audio for call clarity.

Constructed for extended use, the headset weighs 114 grams and includes a headband wearing style. The boom microphone is omnidirectional and can be muted directly.
