The Koss BT115i are in-ear wireless headphones designed for music and calls, connecting to source devices via Bluetooth 5.2. The canal-style earpieces are engineered to fit securely within the ear, providing a degree of passive noise isolation from ambient sounds. Audio is produced with a frequency response of 18 Hz to 20,000 Hz and a sensitivity of 110 dB. To accommodate different users, the headphones include three sizes of silicone ear cushions for a more customized fit.

An integrated lithium-ion battery provides up to 18 hours of continuous playback time on a single charge. The unit is recharged using the included USB-C cable. An in-line remote houses a microphone for calls and provides controls for managing music playback, volume, and answering or ending calls. This allows for direct operation without needing to access the connected device.
