The HPE Aruba Networking CX 6200F 24G 4SFP+ Switch (JL724B#ABB) is a Layer 3 managed switch for enterprise edge and campus networks. This non-PoE model provides 24 Gigabit RJ-45 access ports and four 10G-capable SFP slots for fiber uplinks. It features a switching capacity of 128 Gbit/s and a forwarding rate of 95.2 Mpps, allowing the hardware to handle simultaneous data loads across all connections. It manages IP traffic routing and aggregates wired client devices without creating network bottlenecks.
The 1U chassis is designed for standard 19-inch rack mounting. Operators can configure and monitor the device via web-based management or the RJ-45/USB Type-C console port. Physical stacking allows up to eight switch units to operate as a single logical device as port requirements grow. Built-in VLAN support and Quality of Service (QoS) controls enable traffic prioritisation and network segmentation, while Access Control Lists (ACLs) and RADIUS and TACACS+ authentication secure the infrastructure against unauthorised access.
