The AN600 is engineered as a low-profile CPU cooling solution, specifically targeting compact PC builds where restricted vertical clearance is a primary consideration. The unit maintains a total height of 67 mm while handling processors rated up to 180W TDP. Heat is drawn from the CPU via a copper base plate and six 6 mm diameter copper heat pipes, distributing thermal load efficiently across the aluminum fin stack. The heatsink assembly spans 121 mm wide by 120 mm deep.

Airflow is provided by a 120 mm fan built with a Fluid Dynamic Bearing, ensuring predictable operation and longevity. Fan speed is regulated via PWM control, allowing rotational speeds to scale dynamically between 500 RPM and 1850 RPM. This results in maximum airflow of 61.56 CFM at a peak noise level of 24.4 dB. The cooler features a distinctive overhanging design that provides supplementary cooling to adjacent memory modules, offering clearance for RAM sticks up to 40 mm tall, and supports standard mainstream sockets including Intel LGA 1700 and AMD AM5.
