The NZXT H5 Flow RGB is a mid-tower case constructed from steel with a tempered glass side panel. Its design focuses on thermal performance, featuring a perforated front panel to facilitate high air intake. This chassis supports ATX, Micro-ATX, and Mini-ITX motherboards, offering a versatile foundation for a range of component configurations. Integrated dust filters are included to help maintain the cleanliness of the interior.

For cooling, the case is equipped with one front F360 RGB Core fan and one rear 120 mm fan. It accommodates additional fans and liquid cooling radiators, with support for up to a 360 mm radiator in the front and a 240 mm radiator at the top. The interior provides clearance for a CPU cooler up to 165 mm high and a standard ATX PSU. Storage options include dedicated bays for one 3.5-inch drive and two 2.5-inch drives. The front I/O panel offers USB Type-A and Type-C ports, alongside a combination audio jack.
