Thermaltake TOUGHAIR 510, 2x120 mm CPU Cooler, Racing Green

This air cooling solution is designed for processors requiring significant thermal management, providing a cooling capacity of up to 180W TDP. The unit employs a single aluminum fin stack coupled with four 6mm diameter copper heat pipes for effective thermal transfer away from the CPU. These heat pipes interface directly with a copper base plate that mounts onto the processor integrated heat spreader. The cooling structure is visually defined by a Racing Green color scheme applied to the fan components.

Two 120mm fans operate in a push-pull configuration, controlled via Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) across a speed range of 500 RPM to 2000 RPM. This allows the system to balance thermal demands against acoustic output. At peak operation, the fans generate a maximum airflow of 58.35 CFM and a static pressure of 2.41 mmH₂O, while maintaining a peak noise level of 23.6 dB. The cooler measures 159.5mm in height, making it compatible with most standard tower enclosures, and supports current Intel LGA 1700/1200 and AMD AM5/AM4 sockets.
