The JONSBO D41 STD is a mid-tower case constructed from steel with a tempered glass side panel for component visibility. It is designed to house ATX and micro ATX motherboards, offering substantial clearance for high-performance hardware. The internal layout accommodates CPU coolers up to 168 mm in height and supports GPUs with a maximum length of 400 mm, providing flexibility for a wide range of system configurations. A front-mounted ATX power supply design is utilized, supporting units up to 220 mm long.

Thermal management is addressed with multiple fan and radiator mounting locations. The case supports up to three 120/140 mm fans on both the top and bottom panels, with an additional 120 mm mount at the rear. For liquid cooling, a radiator up to 360 mm can be installed at the bottom, and a 120 mm radiator can be fitted at the rear. Storage options are versatile, with capacity for two 3.5-inch drives, three 2.5-inch drives, and two 5.25-inch external bays for optical drives or other accessories.

The front I/O panel provides access to essential connectivity, including one USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, one USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port, and a combination audio jack for headphones and a microphone. To facilitate a clean and organized build, the case includes integrated dust filters and provisions for cable management behind the motherboard tray.
