The INTER-TECH X2 Duplex is a Micro Tower case designed for compact desktop builds in home or office environments. It is compatible with Micro-ATX and Mini-ITX motherboards, utilizing a top-mounted orientation for a standard ATX power supply. The internal layout includes a combination HDD/SSD cage and dedicated 2.5-inch mounting points for flexible storage configurations. Its steel and plastic construction results in a lightweight chassis suitable for setups where physical space is a primary consideration.

This case provides several options to manage thermal performance. It supports up to two 120mm fans at the top and one 120mm fan at the rear, with a single rear fan pre-installed from the factory. For liquid cooling, a 240mm radiator can be accommodated in the top position. The case offers clearance for CPU coolers up to 165mm in height and power supplies up to 370mm in length, providing compatibility for a range of common components. The front I/O panel includes a USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-C port, a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A port, and a combined audio jack.
