Its primary cooling assembly consists of a 458 mm aluminum radiator paired with three 140 mm fans that utilize Fluid Dynamic Bearings for quiet and durable operation. A notable feature is the integrated 60 mm VRM fan, designed to provide direct airflow to the motherboard components surrounding the CPU socket, which can contribute to overall system stability under load.

This cooler is built with a copper cold plate for effective heat transfer from the processor. Both the main fans and the pump are PWM-controlled, allowing their speeds to be dynamically adjusted based on the system's thermal requirements. The unit's all-black aesthetic is functional and does not include any LED illumination, focusing solely on cooling performance.
