The Marshall Minor IV are true wireless earbuds equipped with 6 mm dynamic drivers, which cover a frequency response range of 20 Hz to 20,000 Hz. They establish a connection to source devices using Bluetooth 5.2 technology for wireless audio transmission. Support for the LE Audio standard is included, in addition to the common SBC and AAC codecs, offering broad compatibility. The closed-back, in-ear design is intended to provide a degree of passive noise isolation from ambient sounds.

The earbuds offer up to 7 hours of playback on a single charge, with the compact charging case extending the total operational time to 30 hours. Recharging the case is handled via a USB-C connection, and a fast-charge feature provides additional listening time with just 15 minutes of charging. Integrated touch controls on each earbud allow for management of music playback, volume adjustment, and call handling.
