TP-Link Omada SG3428X-M2 - Managed switch, black

The TP-Link Omada SG3428X-M2 is a 24-port 2.5GBASE-T L2+ managed switch featuring four SFP+ slots. This non-PoE device is designed for multi-gigabit enterprise networks. The unit provides 24 RJ-45 ports supporting 2.5G transfer rates, providing high-speed connectivity for modern workstations and access points. It offers a switching capacity of 200 Gbit/s, enabling concurrent high traffic across connected nodes. An integrated 16 MB packet buffer helps prevent data loss during network spikes, and four 10G-capable SFP+ slots provide high-speed core uplinks.

The 1U metal chassis measures 440 x 180 x 44 mm and is designed for standard rack-mounting. Management is handled via a web interface, local RJ-45 or Micro-USB console ports, or centralised cloud management through the Omada platform. Administrators can implement network segmentation using access control lists, protocol-based VLANs, and IP-MAC-Port binding. A single internal fan provides cooling, and the system consumes a maximum of 45.1 W. The switch also supports static routing for up to 48 entries.
