Aruba J8177E - Copper SFP transceiver module

The Aruba J8177E 1G SFP RJ-45 100m Cat5e Copper Transceiver provides Gigabit Ethernet connectivity over short distances within a local network. It converts a standard transceiver slot into a port compatible with common copper networking standards. The module supports data transfer rates of 1 Gbit/s over distances up to 100 metres using Cat5e cabling.

The unit weighs 45.4 grams and measures 13 mm by 13 mm by 71 mm. It draws power directly from the host equipment, requiring no external adapters. The design is suitable for high-density enterprise switches and fits standard slots without obstructing adjacent hardware.
