The ASUS TUF Gaming GT502 Horizon is a mid-tower chassis built with a dual-chamber layout. This design isolates the primary component chamber from the power supply and storage drive area, a configuration intended to improve thermal management and simplify cable routing. The case is constructed from a steel frame and features tempered glass panels on the front and left sides, providing a transparent view of the internal hardware. For easier maintenance and upgrades, the modular side panels can be removed without tools, allowing direct access to the interior.

Cooling performance is addressed with extensive support for both air and liquid solutions. The chassis can accommodate up to a 360 mm radiator on both the top and side mounting locations. For air-cooled builds, it has space for up to seven 120 mm fans across its top, side, and rear panels. To help maintain a clean interior, removable dust filters are positioned at the top, side, and bottom of the case. The GT502 supports ATX, micro ATX, and Mini-ITX motherboards and has clearances for CPU coolers up to 163 mm tall and PSUs up to 200 mm long.
