The ASUS ExpertWiFi EBP15 is a 5-port, managed Layer 2 PoE+ switch designed for local network routing and powering peripheral devices. It provides five Gigabit RJ45 ports for standard wired connections. The device offers a 10 Gbit/s switching capacity and a 7.44 Mpps forwarding rate. By combining data switching with integrated power delivery, it provides a single-cable solution for connecting endpoint hardware. Administrators can update the firmware throughout the product's lifecycle.

Four of the ports support Power over Ethernet Plus (PoE+), delivering up to 30 W per port with a total power budget of 60 W. Settings are managed via a web-based interface secured with SSL/TLS encryption. Layer 2 features include VLAN support for traffic segmentation, Quality of Service (QoS) for bandwidth prioritization, and IGMP snooping for multicast transmissions. Housed in a white chassis measuring 121 x 75 x 26 mm, the switch is designed to fit easily into compact networking enclosures.
