The Fiskars Folken frying pan (28 cm) is a round cooking vessel made from recycled cast iron. It is suitable for high-heat searing, browning, and roasting. The 28 cm diameter provides enough surface area for preparing family-sized portions of meat or vegetables. The pan is compatible with all hob types, including induction, gas, electric, and ceramic. Its excellent heat retention makes it ideal for use on outdoor grills or open fires.

The uncoated interior has no synthetic nonstick layer, so it requires manual seasoning to build a natural, easy-release surface. The integrated cast iron handle is cast as part of the body, ensuring long-term durability. Two pouring spouts allow you to drain fats and liquids easily during or after cooking. The pan is oven-safe up to 270 °C, allowing you to move it directly from the hob to the oven. Hand wash only; the pan is not dishwasher-safe and may rust if exposed to harsh detergents or prolonged moisture. At 2160 g, the pan remains stable on the hob and maintains its temperature for consistent cooking.
