The Thermaltake Core P3 TG Pro is an open-frame midi-tower chassis constructed from SPCC steel and a 4mm tempered glass side panel. Its design is intended to display internal components while providing substantial hardware support, accommodating motherboards up to the E-ATX form factor. The case includes eight rotational PCI-E slots, which allow for flexible horizontal or vertical graphics card orientation. A redesigned base enhances stability for the open-frame structure.

Cooling capacity is a primary focus, with mounting locations for custom liquid cooling loops or all-in-one coolers. The chassis supports up to a 420mm radiator on the front, top, and side via an included fan bracket. For storage, it provides bays for a combination of 3.5" and 2.5" drives. The front I/O panel is equipped with two USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-A ports, one USB Type-C port, and a combo audio jack for modern connectivity.
